We’ll start with an initial assessment to gather data about your current habits and behaviors, as well as your health and wellness history.

This is when we’ll also identify your goals and meaningful ways to measure progress.

Create an
Action Plan

We’ll create an action plan and decide on your first areas of focus.

The Big Kahuna – the changes that will be hard but have massive payoffs.

The Low Hanging Fruit – the changes that are simple to create accomplishment and momentum.

Take Action

We’ll choose one-three actions to test over the next week. You’ll do, track, observe, and monitor. I’ll provide tools, practices, accountability and support.

Meet & Reset

We’ll meet weekly and use outcome-based decision making about what’s working and what’s not to continually adjust your actions and get you to your goals.
